Refunds and Returns

  • We want you to love your stuff. Period.

    • Everything we make is made for you when you order it. It allows us to do what we do…and for you to buy…what we ah, do.
    • Since each item is custom made and printed, we cannot do returns or exchanges since we don’t carry inventory (yet).
    • We are a very, very small studio making custom designs.

  • Things happen.

    • Stuff gets lost. Shipping gets delayed. Your mother-in-law gets offended…we get it.
    • Usually, everything works out great. BUT, if something has happened to your order (poor workmanship, loss, etc.) please head over to our Report a Problem form and fill that out. We’ll try and get things resolved as quickly as we can.
    • We would much rather issue you a replacement and keep you wrapped up in our soft stuff — the way you oughta be.
